Welcoming service, FABULOUS staff, breakfast was tasty, bed was comfy. Stovetop and utensils in my queen room were a very thoughtful addition. The view of the castle was superb. The venue provided magazines in the reception.

The continental breakfast was the reason I would definitely stop here again. Location was very convienient and staff were hospitable. Room was lovely romantic and lovely romantic, nice beds. Spotless and satisfying hotel in South of Market (SOMA) district.

Room was very clean. The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk. Walking distance to Buckhorn Grill, where you can have lunch. We got extra security too. The hotel was good value.
